It was the hottest day so far this year and we had a problematic breaker that was the direct source for our air conditioning. With there being a heat advisory warning, you can imagine how hot it was. I called a handful of places that couldn’t come out for at least a week. Ion was able to come out within one hour of me contacting them. Edward and Ben were fantastic! They were knowledgeable, and friendly! They were very helpful in getting me to understand what was happening with the breaker, and fixed the issue right then and there. I found their price to be very reasonable as well. I would highly recommend them and definitely use them in the future if needed!

Ramon came and installed the new breaker and wiring for my well pump. He was able to align with the schedule of the well drillers and work with their crew when no one else in the area would. He even waited for the electrical inspector to come out so everything would be finished the same day! I’d use Ion Electrical again in a heartbeat. I recommended Ion Electrical to my father-in-law and he was impressed with the speed and professional quality service as well.

Ramon spent about an hour with me doing diagnostic inspection of the problem and gave me a quote and returned the following day and found and corrected the problem.
