An Easy Process Towards A Renewed Living Space

It’s hard enough bringing people into your home and allowing them to make changes to it. We go through the same thing when we hire contractors, too.

This process page is all about us being upfront and transparent about our process so you won’t ever be in the dark.

We’ve designed it to be as painless and frustration-free for you as possible.

Whether you want to do anything from adding custom lights or replacing your outdated electrical panel, Ion Electrical will make it easy and maybe even fun for you!

Residential Process:

Step 1. Get In Touch With Us

Please share your project details with us by filling out our form. Let us know your vision and ideas about your electrical improvements.

Step 2. Follow-Up Phone Call

We’ll get back to you with a call to discuss your electrical needs in more detail. We’ll also agree on a date and time for the on-site consultation.

Step 3. On-Site Consultation

We’ll arrive at your location to perform an in-depth inspection and discuss the best approach for your electrical needs and overall idea(s) for your project.

Step 4. Sign The Contract

After you approve the quote and make the deposit payment we’ll discuss scheduling and begin preparing for the job. If there are any questions you have at this point, we’re here to provide clarity.

We accept personal checks, credit/debit cards, and provide for online payments. We also offer financing through WiseTack.

Step 5. Pre-Job Follow-Up Call

A project manager will be assigned to coordinate all the activities surrounding your project such as ordering parts and making a plan of action. The PM may need to call you leading up to the project to clarify certain aspects of the plan.

Step 6. Pre-Job Walkthrough

Once your home is prepped and ready, we’ll perform a walkthrough of your space to ensure we’re equipped with everything needed to begin the work. We’ll also let you know what to expect from us in the following days.

Step 7. We Do The Work

Work is performed and completed as scheduled. Once the job is complete, we’ll make sure to clean up and leave the area(s) spotless and it will look like we were never there.

Step 8. Post-Job Walkthrough

After the work is complete, we’ll perform a final walkthrough to ensure everything is just the way you envisioned. Feel free to let us know if you have any questions and/or concerns. We’ll make sure to offer you our professional opinion and answer all your questions.

Step 9. How Did We Do?

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any questions, concerns, or issues with the work that we performed or the way in which we performed it please contact us right away.

Attend any pre-proposal meetings, review project SOW and plans, develop electrical plans if needed.
